H. Srikrishnan - Srikrishnan was the Executive Director, member of the Board and part of the core executive team of YES BANK in India providing overall strategic direction to the bank. He was responsible for setting up Technology, Operations and Infrastructure for all Retail and Transactional Banking activities. A veteran banking professional for 25 years, he brings with him a plethora of Commercial Banking experience along with an astute understanding of cutting edge banking technology and business processes. Prior to joining this bank, he was part of the founding Management team of HDFC Bank, one of the larger Pvt. Sector Banks in India. He has also worked in various capacities with Emirates Bank, Dubai for 2 years and Bank of America, India for over 11 years. He holds a MBA degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. Srikrishnan is a Promoter Director on the Board of Vayana Enterprises.
R N Iyer - R N Iyer was the co-founder and CEO of Cashtech solutions (www.cash-tech.com), which started in 1994. Cashtech grew to become a leading cash management vendor in Asia with operations in over 15 countries. Cashtech was acquired by Fundtech (a leader in global payments and US cash management) in 2004, with substantial gains for all stakeholders. Prior to CashTech, Iyer worked with Accenture in their management consulting division on financial services and logistics segments. Iyer has a MBA degree from IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Ahmedabad and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Mumbai University. Iyer is a Promoter Director on the Board of Vayana Enterprises.
G. Subramanian - G. Subramanian brings to the Board of Directors of Vayana over 37 years of experience in the banking industry. His special area of expertise is in the area of Controls & Compliance Risk. During his banking career, Subramanian has been involved in setting up the audit, compliance and vigilance functions with responsibility for establishing internal controls, adherence to regulatory prescriptions and fraud detection, prevention and investigation activities. He has been a member of the founding management team of HDFC Bank, one of the largest Private Sector Bank in India. . Prior to HDFC Bank, he was employed with India’s Central Bank, The Reserve Bank of India in senior management cadre for over 22 years. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of HDB Financial Services Ltd. and Computer Age Management Services Pvt. Ltd. G.Subramanian is a graduate from the Madras University and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). G .Subramanian is a nominee director from HDB Financial Services Limited.
Suryakant Dalmia - Suryakant Dalmia is a promoter director of financial services companies promoted under Dalmia banner.
