We facilitate funding of the working capital needs of SME’s, who otherwise could not have approached Financial Institutions (FI) for the same. We provide a quick and cost-effective way for businesses to bill each other and pay.
What we aim for
We aim to be the easiest and most relevant way for a customer to access financial services. For us words like easy, quick, simple, relevant are not just clichés. They represent the only way to make banking and other financial services meaningful for our customers and fulfill their aspirations.
How we do it
- Everyday we grapple with the complexities of varied payment systems, credit policies, accounting data and IT platforms, while continually discovering and supporting new business workflows across geographies and industries.
- Even though we are proud of the technology and solutions we create and deploy, we try and ensure that our users find these solutions the most intuitive and natural way of working.
- Performance, reliability, consistency and scalability are not buzz words for us; if we fail in these, someone somewhere will see an interruption in their business.
- Product, engineering, operations or customer support are not separate functions for us, we jump into any of these roles as the situation demands.
- Each of one of us remains exceptionally curious about the problems we need to solve and is constantly learning about the advances in disparate fields relevant to us.
